About Happy Oak Journal
Bringing a dog home is exciting, and a little overwhelming. We write plain-English guides to the basics every new owner needs, from the first vet visit to house-training and daily care.
What we do
We publish dog care guides, a dog cost calculator, a list of foods dogs shouldn't eat, the New Dog checklist and a free printable New Dog Planner. We send The Happy Oak Note to people who sign up for it, and we're preparing the Happy Oak Dog Care Journal, a paid printable journal.
What we don't do
- We don't sell pet food, products or insurance.
- We don't use affiliate links or sponsored posts.
- We don't give veterinary advice; your vet knows your dog.
- We never sell or share your email address.
