Pulling is normal for dogs. Teaching a loose leash takes patience but makes walks much easier.
How
- Reward your dog for being by your side
- Stop when the leash goes tight and move on when it loosens
- Change direction often to keep their attention
- Use a well-fitting harness if pulling is strong
- Let them sniff; it's how dogs explore
